Application and introduction

The sigma mixer is an ideal equipment for mixing, kneading, vulcanizing and polymerizing high viscosity, elastoplastic materials. Sigma mixer can be used to produce silicone rubber, sealant, hot melt adhesive, food gum base, pharmaceutical preparations, bubble gum ,chewing gum and so on. The sigma blade mixer is a special mixing and kneading device. The most commonly used is the use of two Z blades, which are arranged side by side in parallel, that is, the speed of a stirring blade is fast and the speed of a stirring blade is slow to produce a shear Cutting force, different paddle speed makes the mixing of materials can be quickly cut, so that the material can be mixed evenly.

How it work

The Sigma mixer is consist of mixing chamber ,frame support ,hydraulic system ,electric control system, Discharge system And two Z shape blade in the chamber drove by the motor and the two blade rotating with different speed ,but can be control by the inverter .The sigma blade mixer caused by a pair of mutually cooperating and rotating Z blades to produce a strong shearing action so that the semi-dry state or the rubbery viscous plastic material enables the material to react quickly to obtain a uniform mixing After finished mixing ,The materials will follow the screw extruder at bottom of chamber. Screw out materials to another step.

Sigma blade mixer is with strong Z blade , the blade covered with iron steel .It is hard steel which are protect the blade and mainly for the hard solid or high viscous semi-solid materials .

Sigma mixer can be choice with electric heating ,cooling, vacuum system .and the machinery part which touched the materials can make by stainless steel 304 and 316 . The mainly body can be made by carbon steel.

All the electric and device are in a control panel . It with emergency stop button to protect the worker ,and It is with easy operating and control by penal by all parts of the mixer .

Z blade mixer is with easy assemble and disassemble. It is an whole parts and just need to connected the wire to the power to start it . All accessories are available in our company , Can be send out immediately if there is urgent need.
